Students who are sensitive to gluten, dairy and soy should enjoy delicious meals on par with their friends. Now they can with NutriStudents K-12 new allergen-free menus. The entrees, including tasty chicken sukkhar and grilled chicken supreme, have been very well-received by students.
It's important to note that USDA nutritional guidelines for allergen-free menus are less restrictive than your standard lunch offering. Allergen-free menus do not need to conform to calorie or sodium restrictions, and also do not need to meet specific grain or vegetable subgroup requirements.
You can now find these menus under the Lunch tab within the client portal. You can download one week at a time or the entire 5-week cycle.
