Many states are allocating significant stimulus/CARES Act funding to schools to help offset increased costs and learning deficiencies caused by accommodations made for COVID-19 during the 2020/21 school year. While specifics vary state-by-state, many states include integrated services to support student learning, such as nutrition programs, as eligible expenses. You may be able to use these funds to subscribe to NutriStudents K-12 today and be prepared to do more with less in the future.

In California, for example, the Coronavirus Relief Fund, Proposition 98, the Governor’s Emergency Education Relief and Senate Bill 117 all provide funding for integrated services that support student learning, including student nutrition.
